Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This notice explains the current Earnvie website and test accounts, including the limited provider testing used to review our integration.
1. Who is responsible
Asmir Khan, operating Earnvie as an individual in the United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal information Earnvie uses. Contact earnvie@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we use
- Account details: your email address, authentication identifier, display name if provided, sign-in method and account/security records. Email/password sign-in is handled by Supabase; Earnvie does not display your password to the owner.
- Google sign-in: if you choose it, Google supplies basic identity details such as your email address, name and profile information. Earnvie requests basic sign-in permissions, not access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
- Activity records: an internal member identifier, any provider transaction reference, pending credit or reversal amount and timestamps. Demo cash-out records contain the example amount/method, request reference, date and review decision/reason. The preview does not collect a PayPal destination, bank details or gift-card delivery address.
- Support: your email address and anything you send us, including evidence you choose to attach. The support form prepares a report in your browser; it does not submit a stored ticket. Information is sent when you send the email.
- Account security: the owner panel uses your verified account email/name, keyed versions of your connection address, and a first-party security cookie to find possible links between accounts. These are personal data used for fraud investigation, not anonymous statistics. This feature does not store raw connection addresses or raw cookie tokens in the account review database. The owner can inspect possible links and record review notes; shared connections and browser cookies are not treated as proof of fraud.
- Technical information: hosting and sign-in services process information such as IP addresses, browser/device details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use account details to provide the test account service you request, on the basis of performing our agreement with you. We use activity and support information to show your records, respond to requests and investigate errors.
Our legitimate interests are keeping accounts secure, preventing fraud, testing the service and resolving disputes. We consider the effect on users when relying on these interests. If a legal obligation requires a record, we use it to meet that obligation. Where optional tracking or another activity needs consent, we will request it separately before that activity starts.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us and explain your situation; we will assess your request and respond.
4. Services that receive information
Earnvie uses Cloudflare for hosting, request security and its member/activity database; Supabase for authentication and account profiles; Resend for account emails; and Google’s Gmail service for support messages. Google also receives information if you choose Google sign-in. Authorised support/review access is limited to what is needed for those tasks.
The existing landing page and account app request fonts from Google Fonts. The app loads its authentication library through jsDelivr. Those requests disclose ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to the relevant service. Earnvie’s own page code currently includes no advertising or analytics trackers.
We may disclose relevant records when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use support emails for a marketing mailing list.
5. CPX Research and future providers
General survey access is disabled while setup and review continue. A temporary test preview may be available only to the configured owner account. We do not send your information to a provider merely because its status card is shown.
When an authorised account opens the CPX link, Earnvie passes its internal member identifier and a security signature to CPX Research, operated by Make Opinion GmbH. Our link does not include your email address or display name. Your browser also connects directly to CPX, which can receive your IP address and device information and may ask for profile information.
CPX and individual survey organisations explain their own collection and purposes in their notices. Read CPX’s Privacy Policy before providing information. Earnvie receives provider reward/status callbacks rather than the answers you give within a survey. PureSpectrum and BitLabs are not connected in this preview. We will update this notice before adding new data flows.
6. Browser storage
The account app uses browser storage for sign-in session information so it can keep you signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Clearing site storage removes the local session and may require you to sign in again. Hosting, sign-in and provider services may also use security/session technologies under their own notices. Optional advertising or analytics storage is not enabled by Earnvie’s current page code.
The account preview also sets a host-only security cookie named __Host-ev-security, lasting up to 30 days. It helps protect the account/reward service against duplicate-account abuse. It is sent only over secure connections and cannot be read by page scripts. Clearing it removes that browser signal and a new cookie may be issued at your next account connection. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
7. International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Their applicable data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK provisions where required. You can read the Cloudflare data-processing terms and Supabase data-processing terms, or ask us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. A provider’s privacy notice also explains its own international processing.
8. How long information is kept
We retain account information while it is needed to provide your account. When you request closure or information is no longer needed, we assess what can be deleted or anonymised and whether a legal obligation, unresolved support issue, fraud investigation or legal claim requires limited retention. Activity records are used to reconcile credits/reversals and investigate disputes; demo request records are used to test and audit the preview.
Support records are kept while handling your enquiry and any necessary follow-up or dispute. Security records and provider backups follow the relevant service’s retention arrangements. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup. Contact us for the retention criteria relevant to a particular record.
Connection and browser signals are used for a 30-day comparison window. Older signal records are removed during the next successful account connection; old records are excluded from matching even before that cleanup. Short-term connection-rate counters are removed after their five-minute window during the next successful connection. Current account profile/email alias information remains while needed for your account. Owner review notes follow the account, fraud investigation and dispute retention criteria described above.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, delete it, restrict its use, receive a portable copy or object to processing. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email your request; we may need proportionate information to verify that it is yours. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them.
Providing an email address and sign-in information is necessary for an account; without them we cannot provide the signed-in service. Google sign-in is optional. You can request closure through support; there is currently no self-service deletion button.
Earnvie’s preview has no automated eligibility or payout decision system. Possible-account-link flags are generated automatically as investigation signals. They do not automatically ban an account or decide a payout. The account-connection endpoint limits excessive repeat requests. Account review labels and demo cash-out decisions are made by the authorised owner and can be queried through support. Providers may use their own matching and fraud systems, described in their notices.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or another relevant supervisory authority. You can contact us first, but you do not have to.
10. Adults and updates
Earnvie’s account preview is intended for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assess it. We will update this notice when the service or its data use changes and explain material changes before enabling new earning or payout features.
